PillToday Privacy Policy

1. Information Processed

Pill logs and alarm settings are kept only in the on-device App Group store. They are not sent to the developer’s servers or iCloud.
Diagnostics: Firebase Crashlytics may process non-identifying diagnostics such as app errors, device model, OS and app versions, and anonymous installation or session identifiers.
Advertising data: Google Mobile Ads may process an IP address for approximate location, device- or app-scoped identifiers, ad impression data, app launch or ad interaction data, performance data, and diagnostics.

2. Purposes

Improve app stability and diagnose errors
Provide banner ads according to the user’s privacy choices
Measure ad performance, prevent abuse, and improve advertising services

PillToday only shows a Google AdMob banner at the bottom of the main record screen. It does not use interstitial, rewarded, or app-open ads.

Where consent is required by law, Google User Messaging Platform presents a privacy message. PillToday does not request ads until the required consent or privacy choice is available. When a privacy options entry point is required, users can reopen it from the app.

PillToday does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. The developer does not use pill logs for ad personalization or transmit pill logs to Google.

4. Third-Party Services

Retention and processing by these services can vary by service policy, region, legal requirements, and user choices.

5. Retention and Deletion

Deleting PillToday removes pill logs and alarm settings stored by the app on the device. Google and Firebase manage diagnostic or advertising data under their own retention policies and legal obligations.

6. Security

Local data is stored in the iOS App Group sandbox. Network traffic to diagnostic and advertising services uses HTTPS.
